Hello people! Hope everyone’s Wednesday is ending on the right foot! Mine was good except for the fact that my allergies are driving me crazy right now! I just got off work, but i decided to stop in since it’s been several days! Oops! 😦
Today’s workout was a 5 mile treadmill run. It’s getting easier and easier, and my half marathon is less than a month away! I’m so excited/ nervous!
Breakfast this morning was a homemade burrito made with a Flatout Multi Grain w/ Flax wrap, an egg, spinach, black beans, and salsa. Along with a clementine and some trail mix. It was the perfect way to recover after my run!
Fast forward a few hours later and it was time for lunch…
A pouch of Lemon Pepper tuna, black beans, and feta served on a bed of iceberg lettuce and spinach. I used black bean corn salsa as the dressing. It hit the spot.
Now it’s time for a new recipe!
